Terms of Service for Niravadya Website and App

  1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using the Niravadya  app (the “App”) and/or accessing the Niravadya  website (the “Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App or the Website.

 

  1. Description of Service NIRAVADYA  is a pioneering platform, uniquely designed to connect the entire healthcare hiring ecosystem. The innovative App and Website provide a platform for users to search for job opportunities, apply for jobs, and connect with potential employers in the healthcare domain.

 

  1. User Accounts To access certain features of the App and the Website, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

 

  1. User Conduct You agree to use the App and the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
    • Use the App or the Website in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
    • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the App or the Website.
    • Impersonate or attempt to impersonate NIRAVADYA , a NIRAVADYA  employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
    • Use the App or the Website for any unauthorized purpose or to engage in any illegal activity.

Content and Intellectual Property The App, the Website, and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by NIRAVADYA  and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You agree not to use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App or the Website without our express written permission.

 

  1. Privacy Policy Your use of the App and the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal data.

 

  1. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability The App and the Website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. NIRAVADYA  makes no warranties, whether express or implied, about the reliability or accuracy of the App, the Website, or their content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NIRAVADYA  disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. NIRAVADYA  does not warrant that the App or the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You agree that your use of the App and the Website is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NIRAVADYA  will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
    • Your use of or inability to use the App or the Website.
    • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
    • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App or the Website.
    • Any bugs, viruses, trojans, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App or the Website by any third party.
    • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App or the Website.

 

  1. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to the App and/or the Website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App and the Website will immediately cease.

 

  1. Changes to Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the App and/or the Website after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the App and the Website.
