How do I create an account on your job portal?

A: Simply click on the “Sign Up” button on the homepage, fill in your details, verify email and you’re ready to start exploring job opportunities.

Can I sign up using my social media accounts?

Yes, If you are candidate you can sign up quickly using your LinkedIn and Amazon account for seamless access to our platform.

What are the benefits of creating a user account?s?

Create an account to unlock our advanced, modern dashboard—packed with everything you need and more. Try it out and experience the difference!

How secure is my personal information on your portal?

We prioritize your privacy. Your data is encrypted and stored securely and we adhere to strict data protection regulations to ensure confidentiality.

Can I update my profile information after creating an account?

Yes, you can easily update your profile details, resume and job preferences at any time from your account’s dashboard.

How can I reset my account password?

To reset your password, simply click the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the login page. This is our default setup for now—a fully customized page is coming soon. Enter your registered email, and you’ll receive step-by-step instructions to create a new password.

What should I do if I suspect unauthorized access to my account?

If you suspect unauthorized access, immediately change your password from the “Forgot Password” option on the login page 

Is there an option to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for my account?

Currently, we do not offer 2FA. However, we recommend using a strong, unique password to secure your account.

How do I deactivate my account?

To deactivate your account, navigate to “Account Settings,” choose “Deactivate Account,” and confirm your action.  Pls Note that all your existing data will be permanently deleted.

What should I do if I encounter issues while logging into my account?

Please make sure your email and password are entered correctly. Try clearing your browser cache or switching to a different browser. If the issue continues, use the ‘Forgot Password’ option to reset it. If you’re using our app, try restarting it. Still having trouble? Feel free to contact our support team for help.

📝 Is it possible to apply for several positions simultaneously?

Currently, we do not support applying to multiple openings with a single click. Please also ensure that the position you’re applying for aligns well with your profile

If you face any challenges, you can make use of nyv247 our personal job assistant. In case if the issue is not listed head to help center which answers almost everything. Yes, our job listings are continually updated to ensure you access the most current opportunities. Expired listings are promptly removed to keep the job board relevant and dynamic.

To set up job alerts, navigate to the “Job Alerts” section. Specify your preferred roles, industries, and locations to receive notifications via email when matching jobs are posted.  

⚠️ What should I do if I encounter a fraudulent or suspicious job posting?

If you come across a suspicious job posting, please report it by clicking the “Report Fraud” button in the main menu under voice it out. In case if the issue is not resolved withing a reasonable  time please feel free to contact our support team at namaste@niravadya.com with the details.

A “Featured” job is promoted by the employer for higher visibility and may indicate a priority hiring need. These positions often have quicker response times from recruiters.

📋 What does the job status 'Under Review' signify?

“Under Review” if applicable indicates that the employer or recruiter is currently evaluating your application to determine if you meet the qualifications for the position.

📄 Can I apply for jobs without uploading a resume?

No, It’s advisable to have an updated resume uploaded to your profile to enhance your application prospects.

📨 How can I contact the employer or recruiter for a job I'm interested in?

If the job posting includes contact information, you can reach out directly. Otherwise, use the platform’s messaging system to communicate with the employer or recruiter regarding the position. However, the response time may vary by employer.

Log in and head to your profile to effortlessly update your complete information, profile, resume, and preferences, ensuring your updated profile reflects your current career goals.

Indeed! Our modern & dynamic site allows employers to find and connect with you even if you’re not actively applying. However, the employer must be logged in.

Showcase your skills, experiences and achievements prominently. Tailor your resume to align with the job descriptions you’re targeting for enhanced visibility. We recommend you fill in the complete details to create a robust profile.

Explore our soon to be launched career resources for automated resume reviews and application tips. Additionally, some employers may offer direct feedback.

📝 How can I check the status of my job applications?

You can track the status of your job applications by visiting the “Applied Jobs” section in your account. Here, you’ll see updates such as “Under Review,” “Pending”, “Shortlisted,” or “Rejected.”

🔄 Can I update my resume after applying for a job?

Yes, you can update your resume in your account. However, for applications already submitted, the updated resume may not be sent to employers unless the job allows for resubmissions.

💼 What does it mean to be ‘shortlisted’ for a job?

Being ‘shortlisted’ means the employer has reviewed your application and found it suitable for further evaluation, such as interviews or additional assessments.

📆 How long does it take for employers to respond to my application?

Response times vary by employer. Some may respond within days, while others take weeks, while some may not reply. If there’s no update after a reasonable time post interview/assessments, consider following up politely if contact details are provided. However, our modern platform strives hard to ensure that every candidate gets the feedback at the earliest

At the moment we do not offer integration with various ATS platforms.

Yes, you can save profiles by clicking the “Save As PDF” button on their profile. Access all saved profiles later.

Use the platform’s messaging feature to reach out to candidates directly. Alternatively, if their profile is set to share contact details, you can use the provided email or phone number.

📊 Can I view analytics on my job postings?

Yes, your employer dashboard provides analytics on views, applications, and candidate engagement for each job posting. Access this in the “dashboard” section.

Our platform follows strict privacy guidelines to secure candidate data. Employers are required to adhere to the platform’s confidentiality terms, ensuring data is used solely for hiring purposes.
